One of the things I miss most about Florida is the selection of grocery stores, all within a 5 mile radius.

Here, in NW Indiana, we have a few close by (5 to 7 miles one direction) BUT they aren’t anything special. We have Walmart, Meiers and Al’s.
Yup. We are definitely lacking with the finer food stores.
So, when we need to make a “quick” trip to Costco, the question is always, Merrillville OR South Bend. Sound Bend will normally win as we can hit up Trader Joe’s then! Wheee! That makes me very happy!

Sis, she had never been in a Trader Joe’s before she moved here. And when I took her the first time, she asked why I had been holding out! Ha. We love TJ!
Ok. Let’s move on, shall we? The title is simply because ALL the ingredients come from Trader Joe’s.
Pepperoni!
Sauce!
Flatbread!
Garlic Infused Olive Oil! Basil!
Mozzarella cheese could also be from there but I happen to have a large bag still in the fridge.

Yup, all of it! Even those sweet peppers I put on this time.
Easy enough to do so let’s get to it!
Preheat that oven to 450 degrees.
Lay out that flatbread on a parchment lined baking tray and brush with some lovely Garlic Infused Olive Oil.
Cook the bread for about 5 to 7 minutes, flip and let cook a few more minutes, just to get rid of the ‘raw’ texture.

Now we get to dress the pizza. Obviously, use whatever toppings you’d like but start off with the sauce. A thin layer will do unless you like your pizza messy, then use more. Be sure to spread all the way to the edges.
Top with pepperoni and thin sliced sweet peppers.
Top with cheese, going all the way to the edges of the bread. Remember, the more cheese you use the heavier the bread becomes which can cause the crust to become soggy.
By the way, you CHOOSE which order to dress that pizza. This time I added sauce, cheese and THEN the toppings. Sometimes the cheese being on top makes everything slide when you go to slice it!

Top with a light sprinkling of italian seasoning and some fresh sliced basil (tip: use scissors to cut that basil!) and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until that cheese is melted, a little bubbly and turning a little golden brown.

Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and then slice that bad boy. This is a pretty cool cutter and I can’t remember WHERE I got it from but Amazon is a wonderful source for long lost items!

Dish up with a nice crisp garden salad if you want to be fancy and call it a meal!
Enjoy!
