I’ve got a few bottles of Prosecco sitting around here, along with that bottle of gin that I’d like to use up and make room for more fun things …
So the other afternoon, I decided to make something fancier than normal …
Luckily I had everything on hand to do as it was pretty spontaneous!

Prosecco
Gin
Simple Syrup (always have a little bottle in the fridge!)
Lemon juice
Lemon twist
Shaker and ice!
The first one I made (go check us out on Tiktok!) was pretty damn funny in that Sis was a little under the weather and I kept thinking: she’s going to come running when she hears the shaky shaky shaky! Sure enough, she did!
Here are your measurements!
1.5 ounce gin (or just do a shot and a half!)
.5 ounce lemon juice
generous squirt (or .5 ounce) simple syrup
3 ounces (or to top of flute) Prosecco
Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to your ice filled shaker and shake it like you mean it!
Strain in to a champagne flute. Top (slowly) with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon and serve up!
