Air Fryer Potato Wedges

I had picked up some fingerlings from the store the other day (uh, $200 grocery bill is CRAZY!) and wanted to make these in the air fryer instead of the flat top or oven.

Pretty simple to make, a little bit of down time (for me anyways) as I like to let my potatoes dry out a little after being washed and soaked.

Here’s the process (and well, not really a recipe!)

Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges.

Soak those in a bowl of ice water for about 20 minutes or so to remove the extra starch AND help those bad boys get crispier when you cook them!

Drain and dry well. I usually put my wedges on a baking rack for about 30 minutes after soaking to allow them to air dry even more.

Toss the dried taters in a bowl and drizzle with the oil and your seasoning of choice.

I used some avocado oil and Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning.

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Add taters and let cook for 15 minutes, making sure to shake half way through.

Check the taters for desired crispiness and cook in minute increments if necessary.

Dish up and ENJOY!
