Hi!! Been a while hasn’t it?
Well, come on in because we have something fun to share today!

Halloween is fast approaching and I’m a little behind the eight ball, but here I am!

These were made for a Halloween party we attended. And quite honestly, much to my surprise, they are pretty dang tasty.

I only say that because they have that dragon whiskey that’s not really a whiskey aka FIREBALL.
All is well though with these!

I made about 80 of these and they were gone within 1 1/2 hours of putting out. I’d say they were a hit!

You can pick these little spoons up at the Dollar Tree for a mere $1.25 for 24. Yes, I know, a DOLLAR for those would have been a steal, but for twenty five cents more, it’s ok!

The cups are from Amazon. Yes, I do have these on hand … I use them for various things but Jello Shots would be the number one use!
Let’s get cooking!
1 box cherry jello (small box)
1 cup boiling water
2/3 cup Fireball
1/3 cup cold water
16 or so 2 oz cups with lids
16 or so tasting spoons IF you want to be a little more classy with those shots
Grab that teakettle and get the water screaming hot. Add 1 cup to a large measuring cup. *Using a large measuring cup to mix this will make life so much easier when it’s time to pour this into those little cups!
Sprinkle the jello over that hot water and mix for about a minute til all the gelatin is dissolved.
Add 2/3 cup of that Fireball and 1/3 cup of ice water to the jello mixture and stir til well combined.
Line up all your cups on a large baking sheet (easier to transport to the fridge this way!) and fill those cups 3/4 full.
Place in fridge UNCOVERED for about 2 to 4 hours til set.
Once set, you can add your lids.
Keep refrigerated until time to Party!
Let’s talk about the spoons. Once I offered them with the shot, everyone loved the idea of loosening the outside and chopping up the jello to do the shot. Made it SO much easier to do!
Enjoy!
